We add up your sales
Payments received, minus refunds and chargebacks. Tax and tips are left out. Packages and gift cards count once, when you sell them.
03 · THE 1ST
Your invoice arrives
Last month's plan, any add-ons and any discount, emailed on the 1st.
04 · THE 7TH
Your card is charged
You have until the 6th to check the invoice or change your card.

No surprise bills. We warn you at 80% of your texts or questions. At the limit they pause; we never bill overages.
Starting an add-on. Turned on by the 14th, you pay the full month; from the 15th, half. That first month is the minimum.
Stopping. Cancel any time; the add-on ends at the end of that month. No partial refunds.
Your sales stay yours
Barklytic takes 0% of your sales. You pay one monthly subscription, and that's it.
- Your own Stripe account. Card payments go straight to your bank. You can see every payout in Stripe.
- Processing fees are separate. Stripe's standard card fees go to Stripe, not to us.
- Already have a card machine? Keep using it and record the payment in Barklytic.
Frequently asked questions
Every payment you receive in the month for any service, package, membership, retail or daycare, minus refunds and lost chargebacks in that month. Cash, check and card all count. Sales tax and tips never count. We call this your Billable NET.
Each month is priced on its own. A busy month may land on a higher plan and a quiet month on a lower one. There are no averages and no long-term commitment to a plan.
An active facility is never charged less than the Starter plan, $75.
We email your invoice for last month on the 1st. You have until the 6th to review it or update your card, and we charge it on the 7th.
No. Barklytic takes 0% of your sales. Card payments run on your own Stripe account; Stripe's standard processing fees are separate and go to Stripe.
No. You can cancel any time and your account stays fully active to the end of that month. After that you keep read-only access for 90 days to export your data.
Each location has its own plan based on its own sales, and they can share one card. For larger groups, request a quote.
No. Setup, data migration and staff training are included.
